It will help you to feel better.
2. Practice meditation
It will help you to relax and reduce stress.
3. Learning how to breath.
This activity will help you to control your respiratory system to reduce anxiety.
4. Listening to music.
Music is a natural relaxing, so it also will help you to reduce tension.
5. Talking to someone
It is helpful to talk to someone who is in a good mood, it will help you to open your mind and relax.
6. Laughing
Studies show that laughing helps to reduce physical symtoms os stress.
